We have worked hard to locate, partner, and form long standing relationships with technicians in every part of the country. When a store calls requesting service, we first diagnose the problem and try to resolve the issue over the phone. If this is unsuccessful, we immediately contact one of the members of our National Service Network to set up a service call. We clearly explain the situation and the urgency, and then work with them on how to most efficiently and cost effectively get your safe in good working order.
If the call comes in after hours, we have our very own TALK TO A Tech service that allows your manager to talk with one of our experienced Safe Technicians, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Again, if the problem cannot be resolved over the phone, and the manager can't wait until the following day, then a technician will be dispatched to the location.
We have found there are many benefits to having one company responsible for the safes at each of a company's individual locations. Some reasons to consider are:
1. To ensure consistency and thoroughness in the service that is provided. This will also guarantee a consistency in service rates which will, in turn, allow you to more accurately forecast. If we aren't happy with a Vendor's charges, we will act as your represntative and get that bill to a more reasonable amount.
2. To provide your location managers with one company to call when there is an issue. That one company will have more of a vested interest in making sure the issue is resolved and billed accurately. There is no reason for any manager to start thumbing through the phone book.
3. If parts are needed, we have relationships with all of the top manufacturers. There is no reason for you to lose precious time, because the part can't be found. If the part is no longer manufactured, then we will let you know almost immediately, so that another solution can be found. If the solution is a new safe, then we can usually ship the safe that same day and set up the Delivery & Installation.
4. If you are a multi location company, we will work with your Purchasing, Loss prevention, Property Management, or Maintenance Department to streamline billing and help keep your store managers informed as to procedure.
5. To have one company fielding all of the service calls, will vastly increase the possibility of uncovering a large issue with the design of the safe. We will then work with the manufacturer on fixing the problem, and demand that all safes currently in circulation be fixed at no cost to you.
